Services and activities for our guests:

Halls are located in the ancient part of the castle, recently restored on their original medieval style (stone walls, wooden-beam ceiling, hand-made "cotto" on the floor) they host up to 100 persons + 80 in the close-by court, dominated by the medieval tower, that can be covered with a tent-structure.

The family garden, trimmed with flowerbeds, and the large terrace are on the west side of the castle. It's an enchanting open spaces at sunset light where our guests usually have a rest or read a book

In the next months we will complete the restoring works at the major tower, the most ancient of the castle, and rebuild its wooden staircase. In summer 2005 our guests could visit the tower and enjoy the gorgeous view of landscapes surrounding Giomici

The large swimmingpool.

Our beautiful 10 x 20 meter swimming pool lies at the foot of the hill. A kiddies paddling pool, sunchairs and umbrellas are all available for you.

Fishing.

There are two lakes on our property. Bring your own fishing tackle and catch carps and other fish.

The football ground.

A 25 x 45 meter football field and a beach volley course are available for guests. We often organise matches between guests and the local people or between Italians and foreigners, or just friendly matches to get to know one another.

Ping-pong.
For our guests is available a regular tennis table on a platform roofing near the castle

Horse riding in the neighbourhood.

Go horse riding to really feel part of the countryside. Our "haflingers" are very docile so are suitable for those less experienced and happier to practice or have riding lessons in the 1200 square meter paddock.

Rooting for truffles.

During the truffle season, on request of our guests, we often go out with specially trained dogs in search of truffles. A unique experience you will always remember and then …using those delicious truffles in gorgeous Umbrian dishes.
